     InDecember 1989, MTB Consultants Financial Services, Inc. was established, with a clear emphasis on professional tax preparation and customer commitment. We represent a broad spectrum of industries in the United States. We have accrued numerous years in the IRS representation, tax preparation for federal, state and local, bookkeeping, financial statements, and corporation setup. All matters handled by our office are treated with strict confidentiality and the high standards of the accounting profession's Code of Ethics. No information about your affairs will ever be released to unauthorized person(s).

Corporation our office will file all the necessary documents to setup a legal entity in 2 days for the following: Corporation, "C" Corporation, "S" Corporation, Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), General Partnership, and Non-Profit.

     Business we prepare business loan package, and business plans. This includes executive summary, marketing analysis, industry analysis, and demographics but not limited to. We recognize your need for a comprehensive package of financial due diligence and portfolio assessment services. No two businesses are alike.
