In December 1989, Michael T. Booty, MBA, established MTB  Consultants Financial Services, Inc. was established, with a clear  emphasis on professional tax preparation and financial consulting.

     Financial Services: We have over three decades of experience in IRS representation, local, state and federal tax preparation, bookkeeping and financial consulting and analysis. Our current clientele includes both high net worth individuals and corporate entities across a broad swath of industries in  the United States. We handle all matters with the strictest confidentiality. 

     Tax Preparation / Consultation: We stand behind our work and our team is prepared to assist throughout the lifecycle of the tax return process, up to and including the appeals process with the Internal Revenue Service should this become necessary. We also provide consultations should your tax returns have been prepared by another party. Our team is available year-round to assist with: tax questions, tax payment estimates, audits and any other financial and tax-related concerns that may arise.

     Business Planning: Our office is available to prepare all of the necessary documentation for your next business venture ("C" Corp., "S" Corp., LLC, General Partnership and Non-Profits 501(c)(3)). Also we will assist with: providing business plans, marketing analysis, industry analysis, due diligence, portfolio assessment and business forecasts.
